Late Diners

When I get home from work I am usually hungry so I eat dinner, sometimes a good amount, other times just enough so I don't starve myself. But when it comes to go eating out at night, I usually look at the clock first and then decide on whether a good meal or just a snack. Depending on the hour, maybe if it's after nine P.M. I would go for maybe some fries, or a piece of chocolate. Really depends on what I feel like at the moment, nothing big.

I say this because I've seen some people not worrying about the time nor the hour. They mainly go for the food instead watching how late it is to eat.
If you are an active person you can probably listen to your appetite more than the right time to eat. But if not, you should really pay attention how late is should be your latest meal. The only reason you should be aware of the times is because your body is like a little machine that works sometimes overtime in order to process food. You really need to stay awake when the processing occurs. Then go to sleep.

A way to know if you are an active person is to count how many activities or how busy you are during the day. Also look at how long you sit or rest when watching a TV program, news, etc. Keeping track of your activities might tell you if you are an average active person, non active, or very active person.
Non active people tend to snatch more weight than active ones. So by balancing out your activities and your 'breaks' you pretty much would know how many calories you need for the day.

You don't really need many calories if you are not very active, so don't overload your system with too much food. You'll need plenty of calories when you have to work, or work out. Actually that will be the only way to lose weight, if you are trying to lose, is to maintain or keep track of how much you eat, sleep and how many activities you do during the day. I actually had to find a different job because of my health situation.

I thought that if I needed to improve my blood circulation I would need to be more active so I got this job where I do physical work. And I have seen improvement on my blood circulation. That's why I am sharing this information with you. I believe in the 'Use it or lose it' slogan. So If you love yourself DO NOT INDULGE yourself too much. Be considerate to your body. Do not OVERLOAD IT with fats, wine, cigarettes, or drugs. All these will affect your health sooner or later. A good friend doctor might be honest with you and tell you what you do wrong, but the most physicians would say not to worry, and that everything will be taken care of. And they are right. The drug companies and health institutions live on the sick and poor. They can't make a living on healthy people.

So the 'apple a day can keep the doctor away' may come in handy for you. Thank you for stopping by.

I wish, I wish, I wish

I wish I could live in a mountain so I can roll down hill and end up in a river.
I wish I could live near the water so I can swim all day and sleep all night.
I wish I could live by the sea so I can walk on the sand and climb up the rocks
I wish, I wish, I wish.

Thinking About What I Think I'd Be

At home resting after working like a dog. Maybe not like a dog because I don't think dogs work  Now that i think dogs never work. All they do is stay home, eat, sleep and meet their owner. The next day they start doing the same thing; eat, sleep and wag their tails for more food. I should be then like a dog. A lucky dog that has a big house and just runs around catching a stick, a frees bee or even rocks. Maybe NOT!.

Then I better be a cat. A cat in the house, a big or small house. Maybe a cat inside a small apartment. Size does not matter for the cat. All they need is a window sill to show off. Yeah!. A cat that also eats and sleeps all day and at the end of the day gets hugged by the owner. But what if I don't have an owner? Where would I s tay? Maybe around the house, somewhere where I can catch rats. No, I better not be a cat. Unless I would be a lucky cat, then, maybe yes.

Maybe I shouldn't be like a cat. I should be like a wild animal that lives in the forest. Goes anywhere and finds food, free food. Don't have to buy it from the store and drive cars and pay for expensive gasoline.
I should be a big animal, a leopard, tiger or a panther. Or, what if I was just a bird? Yes, a bird that flies all over and checks to see if there is any food lying around. Then fly away  higher and higher to see the world, the tree tops and get to the water in a SNAP!

No, maybe I shouldn't be a bird. Birds sleep in the dark and some snakes crawl up trees and find birds and eat them. I don't want to be a bird then. What should I be then?

I think I should be just a human being.
